Dr Gupta was very kind and very thorough. Initially I received X-rays of my thumbs, then a female doctor did recognizance for Dr Gupta. She was also very nice and assured me my painful thumbs weren’t caused by something I had done. Dr Gupta followed up and examined my thumbs deciding a non surgical intervention (shots). The shots hurt for the moment but hopefully they will help. Dr Gupta was attentive and empathetic.

Horrible front desk/reception & 45 minute wait time with zero explanation or apology from staff!! Some of the worst customer service I have experienced & I have worked in many doctor offices! Dr. Farr is top notch...amazing bedside manner & always makes you feel like you are his most important patient!!

The tendinitis seems to have been stopped by the injection. Thank goodness because it had been hurting like crazy

Dr. Gupta is absolutely the BEST…. Not just his surgical skills… his patience with his patients!! His staff is also very helpful and reassuring!! Damn… I fell in a parking lot downtown about 3 weeks ago… thanks to all of them I’m on the mends and healing!!
