Sometimes the staff does not do what Dr. Farr expects to be done, in the expected time. I had an unnecessary wait today for such a reason, but generally they are very prompt.

Dr. Gupta is a very impressive warm, caring, amazing doctor. He takes his time explaining your current issues as well as long term goals. I expressed how terrified I was from past doctors injecting me. He calmed my nerves & explained step by step what he was doing. The BEST was it did not hurt.
