The state-of-the-art facility features 10 exam rooms fully equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and a physical therapy center on-site. Together, Dr. Derek Farr and Dr. Nirav Gupta have combined their expertise to treat everyone from 2 year olds to centenarians.

Dr. Farr was the first surgeon in Marion County to perform the mobile bearing hip procedure, and his patients have benefited from his expertise and experience in knee and shoulder surgeries, as well.
